THE POPCORN ROAD RIDE

The riders had three routes to choose from:
"Dam Delight" was 31 miles
"Injun Joe" was 28 miles
"The Popcorn Trail was 25 miles

Yum, Yum, Yum! The Grace Center Volunteers helped us get all the good food ready for hungry hill climbing riders!
TWO Gretchen Morgans (above) are always better than one! Sharing the same name can be a BAD thing or a GOOD thing depending on which "Gretchen Morgan" you ARE!
Don crashed on a downhill and removed a good portion of his skin, bruised up his knee and ruined his cycling jersey and shorts....but he DID win one of the raffle prizes!!! Was it worth that $10 Dicks Gift Certificate, Don???
The Popcorn Road Ride 2010 will be on Labor Day Saturday! Get ready for another challenging event as we will be adding one more "monster" route for those who like a good challenge!
Riders received completeion coins for each route they completed (below)
Several riders were able to complete all three routes by 3:00 p.m.
Enthusiastic riders attended the first Popcorn Road Ride Event to benefit The Grace Center food pantry! This is the only E2A event in which every single person who pre-registered showed up on event day! 100%!!
